DECS/LEI Virtual Field Drops Decimals with Option "Create Record" on Open Event when Values Are < 0.1

Technote Number: 1164800

Problem:
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# FHEN5VDN2Y and has been
addressed in DECS 6.0.5/6.5.4.

Excerpt from the Lotus Notes and Domino Release 6.5.4 and 6.0.5 MR fix list
(available at http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/lotus/):

DECS
SPR# FHEN5VDN2Y - When DECS/LEI Virtual Field Activities create records on the
SQL Server using option "Create Record" on Open event, decimals were dropped
(example: 0.000123 on the notes side will be inserted as 1.23 onto SQL server).
This fix adds code to handle exponential notations.

As a workaround, either use LSX LC codes or use a Direct Transfer Activity, if
you have LEI, and then run a Virtual Field Activity with the correct keys.
